1. Eligibility

SchoolGPT is available to students, parents, and educators in Pakistan. You must be at least 10 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental consent. By using SchoolGPT, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@schoolgpt.pk if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Permitted Use

You may use SchoolGPT solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or resell any content from SchoolGPT
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our platform
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our services
• Use SchoolGPT to cheat on exams or academic assessments

4. Intellectual Property

All content on SchoolGPT — including AI-generated explanations, practice questions, notes, study materials, and design — is owned by SchoolGPT Pakistan or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission. Your personal learning data remains yours.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Our Free plan is available at no cost with limited features. Paid plans (Pro, School) are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

SchoolGPT uses artificial intelligence to generate explanations, answers, and study material. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Do not rely solely on AI responses for critical exam preparation. Always verify important information with your teacher or official textbooks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchoolGPT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including exam outcomes. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through your settings. Upon termination, your access to premium content will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of SchoolGPT after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
