Refund Policy
Fair and transparent cancellation terms for all SchoolGPT plans

At SchoolGPT, we want every student to be happy with their subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a paid plan. We encourage you to contact our support team first — we always try to resolve issues before processing a cancellation.

✅ Eligible for Full Refund
- You were charged twice for the same subscription (duplicate billing)
- Your account was charged after cancellation
- Technical issue prevented you from accessing any features for 7+ consecutive days
- You were billed for a plan you never upgraded to
⚠️ Eligible for Pro-Rated Refund
- Annual plan cancelled within the first 7 days of renewal
- School/institution plan cancelled within 14 days of subscription start
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- Monthly subscriptions (cancelled after the billing date)
- Partial month usage — we don't refund for unused days in a billing cycle
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Free plan users (there is nothing to refund)
- Dissatisfaction with AI answers or content quality (use our feedback tools instead)
- Change of mind after more than 7 days of subscription
How to Request a Refund

Contact Support
Email us at billing@schoolgpt.pk with your registered email address and the reason for your refund request.

Provide Details
Include your transaction ID or payment receipt, the date of charge, and a brief description of the issue.

Review Process
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.

Refund Issued
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (credit card, JazzCash, or Easypaisa).
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your SchoolGPT subscription at any time through:
- Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan
- Emailing billing@schoolgpt.pk with your cancellation request
Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan — your data and progress are never deleted.
